The objects of the
Society are the study of foreign and native birds; the
dissemination among the members and public of
information for the care, breeding and feeding of birds
in captivity; the perpetuation of species that are
threatened with extinction; and the publication of
matters pertaining to aviculture.
Each Membership receives the beautiful bi-monthly ASA Bulletin. The Society
membership year begins
with the month following receipt of dues per twelve month period,
payable in advance. Foreign Countries add $8.00 to cover postage (Foreign
Individual, $33 per year).
